AETHIONEMA coridifolium ‘Warley Rose’. Stonecress. Asia Minor. A pretty little crucifer, forming a cushion about 6" high and a foot wide. It has slender, intricately branched stems closely set with narrow, bluish green leaves. In spring it bears clusters of small, bright pink blossoms recalling Daphne cneorum at the shoot tips. A first-class rock garden plant. Sun, well drained soil, moderate to occasional watering. It performs poorly in hot-summer areas. Hardy to 0oF or less.
