CLIANTHUS
puniceus. Parrot’s beak. With some pruning this New Zealander is
a graceful, arching shrub. Left to its own devices, it is nearly a vine, scrambling
to 10’ or more. It has attractive dark green, drooping leaves about 6"
long, divided into many leaflets. In summer clusters of pendant beak shaped
2" blossoms are displayed along the stems. ‘White
