Low tight hummocks of very narrow, bright blue green leaves are about 6 inches high. The 1-2 foot blooming stems are silvery to pale pink in color. Both these and the glistening seed heads are most attractive. Best in sun, well drained soil, moderate to little supplemental watering when established. Hardy to 0 degrees F. or less.
