This is a selection from the Corralitos hybrids seed strain--a group of crosses first performed several years ago, using the best clones of three native species, L. pitkinense, L. pardalinum and L. kelloggii. Sun or part shade near the coast, part shade inland, continuous moisture in a slightly acid, well drained mix with the bulbs shaded or otherwise kept as cool as possible during the summer months.
