Agapanthus 'Flore Pleno' has been grown for several decades yet remains obscure to much of the gardening public in California. It is a large, sturdy plant, with heavy 3 foot stalks and very large, full clusters of completely double flowers. The blossoms are deep lavender-blue in color.
