An unusual hybrid between Agapetes serpens and A. rugosum. It is of distinctly more upright habit than serpens, growing at least 4 foot tall. It also has larger, broader leaves and small clusters of tubular one and a half inch flowers, checkered with maroon on a cream-white background.
