Striking low mounding perennial has thick, prostrate stems that radiate from a narrow base. They are crowded with nearly triangular silvery leaves. In spring large yellow flower clusters are presented at the shoot tips. Sun, well-drained soil, moderate to little summer watering. Hardy to 0 degrees F. or less. Milky sap from cut stems of all Euphorbia is toxic and irritating to skin. Avoid planting near paths or places where children or pets play.
