This summer blooming gladiolus forms dense clumps with many stems to about 2 feet high. The leaves are quite narrow, ribbed and distinctly blue-green in color. Flowers are large and strikingly colored, with clear white markings on a deep red background. Sun or light shade, well drained soil, little or no watering after the leaves wither in late summer and fall.
